Community Legal Assistance Society (CLAS) wants to hear from lawyers!
Speak Out: Ending Gender-Based Violence is our community consultation and legal reform initiative. We are researching the use of non-disclosure agreements and how they are used in situations of sexual assault, harassment, and discrimination.
We invite any lawyer in BC to complete our anonymous survey. We are seeking to understand the perspective of the legal community on the extent, reasoning, and impact of NDAs.
The survey is confidential and takes around 15 minutes to complete. Be part of the conversation and enter to win a gift card!
